Myself and others would like to view a copy of the Deloitte report which was commissioned by City of Edinburgh Council in relation to the investigation into statutory repairs in Edinburgh. We have now heard that there are no criminal proceedings being taken in relation to any of the Council departments involved with the procurement of statutory repairs. If this e-petition is turned down, please give a relevant reason e.g. if the petition is refused because it "contains information which is protected by a court order or relates to an ongoing court case", please cite exact details of any court order or court case that still exists in relation to the report. The report was paid for with public funds therefore it belongs in the public realm.
