Flood standby
We have two experienced members of staff on flood standby 24/7. Where possible this is increased to four members over Christmas and New Year. If necessary, we mobilise staff to help with the response. In advance of, and during a flood we
- coordinate the emergency response
- communicate with SEPA and other authorities
- deal with enquiries triaged from our call centre.
