The Framework sets out our approach to planning and performance in the Council. It sits alongside the Council Business Plan: Our Future Council, our Future City 2023 to 2027. We will use it to monitor progress against our three priorities and ten outcomes.

Our approach is underpinned by the “Plan, Do, Check, Act/Review” model of continuous improvement.
Alongside measuring delivery of our business plan, we are developing the Public Performance Scorecard which measures the day to day performance of key services across the Council.
