Follow up on a previous request
If you requested a grabrail, handrail or bannister through our website and want to check on installation email the Community Equipment Loan Service at CELS@edinburgh.gov.uk or call 0131 529 6300
You must include
- the name and address of the person who the rail/banister is for.
- The web reference number
- a contact telephone number for us to call the most appropriate person back on.
Once we have found your referral we will then contact you and provide you with an update.
