- paying Council Tax and rent using a debit or credit card on our self-help kiosks at our North East Locality Office and Leith Library - we cannot accept cash payments
- housing, including bidding on properties through Key to Choice
- reporting noise and anti-social behaviour

If you need to get in touch with us you can visit either North East locality office.
The North East locality office opening hours are
- Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4.15pm
- Friday from 9am to 4pm.
You don't need an appointment to visit our local offices.
Visiting our offices if you have a disability
