Eligibility
All care inspectorate registered settings such as
- local authority
- private
- voluntary
- independent
- childminders
are eligible for the scheme for all pre-school children from birth to starting primary one.
You do not need to be commissioned by the Council to deliver funded ELC to receive payment under this scheme.
