Recording prejudice-based incidents

You will be taken seriously

You have a right to be treated fairly and with respect in the workplace, and we want to make sure everyone’s voice is heard, and everyone feels welcome, so it's important to know that we will take any allegation of prejudice-based behaviour seriously.

Managers are ready to listen to your views and have the tools and support to investigate allegations (using our existing policies and procedures).

Our expert askHR team are also trained and ready to receive incident reports. They'll record key details, signpost what support is on offer and assign your report to the most appropriate manager for further discussion and next steps.

At all times, your concerns will be listened to and responded to sensitively and confidentially.
