Peep Toddlers Learning Together sessions
These Peep Learning Together sessions are run by Lifelong Learning for parents and carers and their babies and toddlers in South West Edinburgh. Peep sessions share simple ways of supporting your child’s learning and development in everyday life, whilst connecting with others. You can make a real difference by just talking, singing, sharing books and playing together. You and your child can make friends, have fun and share ideas. Expecting Something with Starcatchers
Expecting Something is a creative playgroup for parents and carers with babies from birth to two. Sessions take place weekly on Thursdays from 11 am to 1 pm at WHALE Arts, Wester Hailes- along with regular trips and experiences. Participants can enjoy bonding with their baby through creative play, whilst meeting other parents and enjoying a healthy cooked lunch. Starcatchers’ artists Katy and Kerry bring everything you’ll need for creative, fun, messy and unforgettable activities.

Weekend creative playtime for families with children from birth to 5. There is no need to book, just drop in. Every week there is a different theme and new ways to explore together. Growing Not Waiting- One Parent Families Scotland
One Parent Family Scotland provides a safe, welcoming play space for children under 5 and offers support and advice to mothers living in temporary accommodation. They run a monthly housing rights clinic in partnership with Shelter Scotland as well as financial support, parenting advice and guidance and any other wrap-around support that may be needed regarding issues that result from the experience of living in temporary accommodation.
